RETURN POLICY

STANDARD STOCK ITEMS (e.g. mattresses, box foundations, exercise mats and standard-sized foam mattress cores, etc.) may be exchanged or returned within 10 days of the date of purchase, provided a paid invoice is presented and the item is returned unsused and its original, unopened packaging. There will be a 20% restocking charged for returned mattresses, box foundations and foam cores. No exchanges or returns are permitted for items out of their original packaging. For orders purchased with credit cards that are canceled prior to delivery there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Credit will be issued in accordance with the foregoing. THE PURCHASER PAYS ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

NO EXCHANGES OR CREDITS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR CUSTOM ORDERS (e.g. furniture, cushions, Platfoamtm foundations, custom-sized bed products or foam-only orders, etc.), ANCILLARY BEDDING MERCHANDISE (e.g. bed pillows, mattress pads, decorative pillows, etc.), REDUCED OR “AS IS” MERCHANDISE.
